We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange and carry out any repair you ask us to. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked us to.

We'll get back to you using the method you've chosen or provided — WhatsApp, phone or email — about your enquiry.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to keep sensible records of work carried out, then remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.
